Inclusive education is education that is open and friendly to learning by prioritizing actions of respecting and embracing differences .For this reason, inclusive education is understood as an approach that seeks to transform the education system by eliminating obstacles that can prevent each individual student from fully participating in education that is equipped with supporting services.
B. The Purpose of Inclusive Education
The goals of inclusive education are:Ensuring that all children have access to education that is affordable, effective, relevant and appropriate in the area where they live
Ensuring all parties create a conducive learning environment so that all children are involved in the learning process. So, inclusion in education is a process of increasing student participation and reducing its separation from the culture, curriculum and local school community.

Sensitive to every difference;
Relevant and accommodating to the way of learning;
Centered on the needs and uniqueness of each individual learner;
Innovative and flexible;
Cooperation and seeking mutual assistance;

D. Principles of Implementing Inclusive Education.
Friendly education. A friendly learning environment means that students and educators are friendly, that is, children and teachers learn together as a learning community, place children as learning centers, encourage children's participation in learning, and teachers have an interest in providing the best educational services.
Accommodate needs . Accommodating the needs of each student is one of the efforts to improve the quality of education. Therefore, it is expected that school administrators must be able to accommodate the needs of each student in the following ways: (a) pay attention to the conditions of students, namely the different abilities and needs as well as different learning styles and levels; (b) using a flexible curriculum; (c) using varied learning methodologies and class organization that can touch all children and respect differences; (d) utilizing the surrounding environment as a source of learning; and (e) cooperate with various related parties.
Develop the potential of students as optimally as possible . Inclusive Schools strive to provide educational services as optimally as possible, so that students who have obstacles can overcome their problems and can follow the learning process according to their needs and abilities.
