Harapan setiap orang tua untuk anaknya adalah agar anaknya itu bisa tumbuh dengan sehat dan juga gemuk. Akan menjadi lengkap kebahagian orang tua ketika anaknya itu tumbuh menjadi anak yang cerdas. Namun tidak semua orang tua beruntung dengan memiliki anak yang sehat, gemuk, dan juga cerdas. Terkadang ada beberapa orang tua yang anaknya itu terhambat didalam tumbuh kembangnya, sehingga menyebabkan anaknya itu memiliki badan yang kurus. Ini terjadi karena anak tidak mendapat asupan gizi yang baik dan juga lengkap. Hal ini pastinya akan membuat orang tua merasa sangat khawatir, sehingga akan mencari cara membuat anak agar sehat dan juga gemuk.
Berikut 4 cara untuk membuat anak menjadi sehat dan gemuk sehingga tumbuh kembangnya tidak akan terganggu diantaranya yaitu :

Mencari Tahu Penyebabnya
Dengan mengetahui penyebab badan anak kurus maka orang tua akan mengetahui cara yang tepat didalam mengatasi masalah anaknya itu. Jika anak kurus karena mengidap suatu penyakit maka orang tua ini harus mengobati penyakitnya. Karena jika anak sudah sembuh dari rasa sakitnya maka anak akan nafsu makan lagi.

Memeriksakan Anak Cacingan Apa Tidaknya
Cacingan merupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan anak memiliki badan yang kurus. Untuk mengetahui anak cacingan atau tidaknya maka orang tua sebaiknya harus memeriksakannya. Ketika orang tua sudah mengetahui hasilnya misalnya anaknya itu cacingan maka berilah anak obat untuk membunuh cacing didalam perutnya.

Memberikan Asupan Gizi Yang Seimbang Untuk Anak
Ketika penyebab kurusnya badan anak sudah diketahui maka berikanlah anak asupan makanan dengan gizi yang seimbang. Memberikan asupan gizi yang seimbang ini harus disesuaikan dengan umur anak. Karena asupan makanan dengan gizi yang seimbang ini akan membuat anak menjadi sehat dan cepat gemuk.

Anak Harus Makan Secara Teratur
Dengan membuatkan jadwal makan untuk anak maka ibu sedang berupaya untuk membuat anaknya bisa hidup sehat dan juga gemuk. Anak tumbuh kembangnya akan berjalan dengan baik ketika makanannya itu teratur. Dan juga sajikan makanan untuk anak itu dalam porsi yang sedikit saja.  

Itulah 4 cara ala popmama untuk membuat anak menjadi sehat dan gemuk sehingga tumbuh kembangnya tidak akan terganggu. Ibu selain harus mengetahui penyebab badan anak kurus tetapi juga harus memeriksakan anak cacingan atau tidaknya. Dan juga berikanlah anak asupan makanan dengan gizi yang seimbang serta membuatkan jadwal makan untuk anak sehingga anak akan makan secara teratur.
